XBOX 360 Controller

Has anyone gotten TERA to work with an XBOX 360 controller?

I recently purchased the official Microsoft wireless adapter dongle for my PC - the 360 Controller syncs up perfectly, drivers all installed etc. and the controller obviously works in testing/configuration/settings etc. in Windows.

I go into TERA, I have the little controller map in the corner - try and unplug re-plug turn off/on restart reboot etc. etc. etc. I cannot get TERA to recognize I have the 360 controller installed.

Any help?

I've searched the Google and Tera forums etc. and no help! Unless of course I were to pony up 9.99 for Xpadder but I do not want to do that as I just spent 14.99 for the Microsoft dongle.

I'm an IT guy, I know what I'm doing 99% of the time and know troubleshooting methodology like the back of my hand...

but I am just stuck. I cannot figure this out.

Any help?

    You could always try contacting support(if you're in NA, EU support is horrible), no idea if they'd be able to help you or not but what have you got to lose I guess.

     

    I haven't met anyone with problems, knew a few who played on the 360 controller and it synced up just fine first time around so I have no idea what the problem could be.
