Santa Ana, California - In a tragic turn of events, Andrew Scott Reisse (33), co-founder and computer graphics engineer for Oculus VR, creators of the Oculus Rift, was an innocent pedestrian crossing the street when he was struck by a Dodge Charger trying to escape from the police. Police report that the car was driven by Victor Sanchez (21) and two other suspects fleeing an altercation.
