X - Monolith soft game for WII-U 2014

I really liked the look of this trailer for this new game. It looks to me like it could well be an MMO and hopefully with an F-zero announcement this fall ( fingers crossed ) then I do believe I will be playing it when it releases. What do you think of it ? At least console devs are getting the idea , it's taken them about 14 years but hey better late than never.

It's looking really good , a new video came out a few mins ago and it looks rather like a game I really want. Essence of Phantasy Star with Mechs!

You should try the previous games in the Xeno series.  Xenogears (PS1) Xenosaga (PS2) Xenoblade (Wii)

Xenogears and Xenosaga had amazing story lines, very complex.

I was going to look into the WII one and yeah thanks I will try look into the first two , hmm , I have two PStoo's somewhere , no PS1 though. I shall check out releases etc via the tinternet.

If I were to buy a Wii U, it would be for this game. Unfortunately I will probably never buy a Wii U so I will probably never be able to play this amazing game

Well I'm getting one for Mario Kart 8 , so I'll be good. You could save up for one ?

Iv'e been studying the "X" trailer some more and it is online for sure and the level difference between the 4 players is between 45 - 25 or so , so it seems that the players have leveled up somewhere before joining that party. All it needs now is either a lobby and shop or adhoc password groups. I'll be all over it for possibly years to come if it has such features and a way to save , which it seems to have already. It is also described as a seamless world , which is nice.

Well delved a little deeper and spotted they where hiring for urgent positions in Jan , one of which is for online play or part of the job.
