Question about PS4 and region locking.

Hello,

I was thinking to get a PS4 when it get out, I have only a problem.

In my country every single game that get out is dubbed  in my language, the results are usually less then good, a reason why I stick mostly to PC is because with things like Steam and other similar systems I can get a game in the original language. 

I understand it is possible to buy games in the playstation network directly from the console, but anyone know if they are country locked or is it possible to get the game in english too?

A solution is probably to get the games from amazon.co.uk in case, but would be way more expensive.
