Your DD class of choice?

in Final Fantasy XIV

I played all three tank classes in Xi so I want to try something new for ARR.

 

So far I'm liking Mara a bit more than Pug. Glad is out for me as well as Arch; I never did like ranged DD. 

 

The only class I haven't tried yet is Lancer.

 

Weigh in and give me your opinions on Lancer vs the other DD classes.

    I've enjoyed lancer so far, but won't lie, PUgilist has a sense of speed to them that I really really like.  Now I typicaly go DPS in MMOs so this time around I'm either going to go gladiator or Conjurer to tank or heal, but if I had to choose a DPS right this second, I'd go Pugilist

    Only issue I have with Pug is keeping 2 buffs on yourself and having to constantly reposition yourself. Little too much micromanagment  but it is fun
