Considering the possible character cutomization - I wouldn't be surprised if there was a walking smorgasborg of Deathwatch running around. Or Legion of the Damned (confirmed fanboy here)
Needing is Wanting... Wanting is Coveting... Coveting is Sinning... I am SO going to Hell.
Blood Angels, Dark Templars, Emperor's Fists and Space Wolves.... I think we have the most popular here (since smurfs... I mean, Ultramarines, are too classic)
Grey Knights should be reserved for an elite class or something, but not for the first character you can make. Think about it like jedis in Star Wars Galaxies.
Imho, from lore (breaking) point, there should be no Deathwatch, no Grey Knights, probably also no mix of all possible chapters (colors). If I were to choose just 4 of them, and Dark Angels are given, then the rest 3 would be Space Wolves, Imperial Fists and Salamanders (or Black Templars).
I would go without Ultramarines. BUT, if you look at the official website, during the short voiceover presentation, there is a blue (id say ultramarine blue, bleh) powerfist for the space marines...
Space wolves are very popular (rightfully so), and very unique among chapters so I'd expect them to make an appearance. I'd also personally like to see blood angels.
Someone suggested blood ravens but I doubt it as they belong to relic which is owned by sega now. Or perhaps I'm completely wrong but I'm not sure I'd play with a blood raven lest i get all my stuff stolen.

no, all thing what is w40k belongs to the games workshop, sega just have the right to make blood raven things, still GW own it.
Dark Angels are a given - that gives us 3 to mull our heads over. I'm hoping for Black Templars, Space Wolves, and Blood Angels or Ultramarines. I figure we need a vanilla chapter in there somewhere.
Huh... I added a poll for a bunch of Marine chapters, but only Ultras and Wolves are showing...
Space Wolves all the way.
That was my army back in the day when i used to play tabletop. Though, I've heard they've been nerfed quite a bit since then.
I don't think Black Templars would work without breaking lore. They exclude psykers from their combat ranks, yet psyker will be one of the available class packages available to Space Marines. In order for them to be included we would have to accept either a notable break in lore, or have a limitation put in place that would prevent psykers within player ranks of that chapter.
Though I'd love to see Blood Angels added, they have special units and "issues" that don't make them easily translated to a general SM model. Same with the stealth focused chapters.
Ultramarines (Problem here, smurfs way over used)
Dark Angels
Space Wolves
Imperial Fists (Come on, they need some love)
Above probably the easiest to reduce to cosmetic differences.
Honestly though I'd kind of prefer them to use lesser known chapters, or perhaps with the aid of GW create a new chapter.

They only have the publisher rights which means they only earn the money from Sales of the games, they have no power to create any new Lore/Games...yet
I'm going to put it out there and say there is no bigger Imperial Fist fan than me :P In my Chapter I'm the laughing stock because I'm the only Imperial Fist, nearly every artwork shows them getting killed or badly beaten, I would love to play as an Imperial Fist but I can't see it. There are too many other founding Chapters that have full Codex books dedicated to them.
unfortunately it seems the Black Templars are not slated for release atm unless there is a change. Their website has the second release and says...
"Space Marine Chapters participating in the crusade include the proud Ultramarines, noble Blood Angels, ferocious Space Wolves and mysterious Dark Angels."

Did he say all? I thought it was just a general statement of adding more chapters. That's not entirely unheard of for a large planetary campaign.

Then it would be even more lore rape, Deathwatch has small squads of players lead by and Inquisitor.
Going back to Chapter topic I think they will based on the GW codex we have now, four armies that a ton of stuff in their own books:
Space Marine Rulebook (Ultramrine book...): Ultramarines
Space Wolves Codex: Space Wolves
Dark Angels Codex: Dark Angels
Blood Angels Codex: Blood Angels
4 big Chapters which have a ton of background, though Im still hoping for Imperial Fists/Templars

and for chaos, since I am going to play them.
Thousand Sons, Emperors Children, Death Guard, Alpha Legion
I demand black templars.
