Client crashing... can't download game.

I played this game at launch. Grind killed me, so I quit. After seeing it has gone free-to-play and it seems to be getting more popular, I figured I would give it a try. Made a new account since my email has changed, downloaded and installed the client (4times now) but after I install it and try to run it, it crashes.

What gives? I can't post anything on the forums there to ask, not sure why. I can look at all my account info, but when I try and log into forums it says my username and password are bad.

Submit a ticket? Nah, don't feel like messing with any customer support. I just figured I would check it out again, and if I can't get an answer from here about the client not working, I probably won't keep trying. Not trying to be a jerk, honestly, just don't feel like talking to any Reps.
