Any MMOs with "insta-leveling"? (Like upcoming EQ2 heroics)

There are some MMOs out there I've had the desire to try over the years but either people barely play or I'm too busy with current games, etc. 

So I'm curious, are there any out there with a sort of /level command? Skip the grind up to high level and get something more up there?
