Are there any MMOs out there with semi interesting quests? Most games I try I could play blind folded. I quite enjoyed SWTOR for a little while as the voiced quest dialogues help to build a story around the quests at least, even though most of them were the same fed-ex, kill X of Y, type quests. Also enjoyed the first 20 levels of Age of Conan.
Is there anything that can hold my attention for longer than an hour?
I played WoW for a good while and have many alts, so I think it's saturated my enjoyment of the traditional quest grind.

I've been searching for much of the same myself. All I can say is.. look to the future. For the present, if you absolutely need something, EVE or Minecraft can fulfill that void. Just do a lot of multiplayer Minecraft and your good to go. Some future games that you just might find very interesting..
(1) Shroud of The Avatar
(2) Centration
(3) World of Darkness
Hope that helps! I feel your pain.
I tried Eve about 2 years ago but struggled to get into it.
I was going to write the same thing...
The Secret World.

Oh, I love Vanguard. And funny enough I really don't do most of the quests, just roam around exploring and seeing what trouble I can get into.
