To access on the 16th for Phase4, early access, and also pre-order benefits. I'm mostly wondering about Phase 4 access on the 16th compared to 17th, and early access.

    Pre-ordering has nothing to do with the beta.  If you weren't in previous beta the soonest you'll get in is the 17 when you register for it this weekend.
