Throughout my illustrious (not really) mmorpg career, I've played dozens and dozens of mmorpgs. Some good, some bad and some...well let's just not go there. Anyway, out of all the mmorpgs I've played I realized that there have been very few that I have reached max level in. And some of the ones I enjoyed the most I've stop playing well before the cap. These include: DAoC, FFXI and AC. Some of the ones I've played the longest I have. These include: UO (max stats), SWG (max stats) and WoW. Only one mmorpg I played where I didn't play very long and I still reached cap. That was Neverwinter Online.
So, out of the games I enjoyed the most I reached some sort of pinnacle in 3. And one lone game where I did find enjoyment out of, but didn't feel vested in. So grand total of 4 games I have capped* in 15 years of mmorpg gaming. Wow, now when I think about it. It seems I wasn't really into leveling. How about you? Is leveling important to you? Do you consider a mmorpg beaten when you've capped? How many mmorpgs have you max leveled?
