Shinra Electric Power Co. is looking for talented and mature players interested in having fun but focused on raiding. Our FC mostly comprises ex-hardcore raiders from previous games who just don't have 4-5 days a week to dedicate to raiding anymore. We're casual raiders by schedule, but hardcore raiders by mentality. Because we've had a number of people wanting to join our FC for other things besides Raiding we have made the decisions to allow all people to join, no matter the level or goals! We will help you get there! Be part of our community! 
We have 4 Raid Groups for BC at the moment.
Group Yunalesca Raids Monday/Wednesday at 7:30p.m.-10:30p.m. EST (Needs a Warrior and a Summoner)
Group Kefka Raids Tuesday/Thursday at 7:30-10:30p.m. EST
Group Death Trap Raids Tuesday/Wednesday at 8:30p.m. EST
Group Doom Train Raids Tuesday/Thursday at 7:00PM EST (Needs a Bard)
Loot System
8 Man: Need before Greed, and a round robin rotation for loot. In other words, if 2 Black Mages are in the group, and one Black Mage gets a piece of gear, the next time a caster piece drops, the Black Mage who didn't get the first piece gets priority on that piece. If he doesn't want it, it goes to the black mage who won the first piece of gear.
Recruiting Policies
If you are the Master of a small Free Company (15 or less active members) and would like to bring all your members, please contact one of our Officers before telling your members to start filling out the applications at our website.
If you have a group of friends that you would like to bring along, you and your friends can go ahead and fill out our applications. If you all want to Raid together then you guys must contact one of our Officers before doing the applications.
