character wipe for inactive players?

in TERA

I recenlty logged back in game after 6-8 months to find out that all my characters from all EU servers were missing...

Was there any wipe of inactive players? Or is this something i should contact TERA support about ?

    It's gameforge so.....you never really know but I hadn't heard of anything like that happening. I'm NA so I can't say for sure but I'd contact support.

    Weren't the servers renamed or merged for EU? Try to check if your characters are on one of the other servers.
