Problem logging in on Station.com? Purchasing Founder Pack.

So I understand this is probably not the right forum area to post this but I have been trying to login to my Station.com (SOE) account and it is not working. I even tried creating a new account and logging in and nothing. The upshot on this is that I can login perfectly fine on the Station launchpad and get on my account(s). What could be the issue?

I am trying to purchase a founder's package for EQN:Landmark.

Station has been acting crazy. Sometimes it finds you, sometimes it doesn't and when it does you need to make a new password every time. Atleast this has been experience the last few weeks.
