    2001 - 2004 UO

    2004 - 2007 Lineage2

    I think I joined here when there was heaps of talk about UOX, Origin were being moved out of Texas and into EA California and then EA pulled the plug on UOX.

    Loved UO but never played again after the day they canned UOX.

    L2 was a great substitute, we had a ball taking a castle on the Lionna server.

    Congrats on 10 years, do you remember why you came to this site? For me it was to find a new MMO as I was burning out on WOW clones. Led me to EVE and my longest gaming experience.

    Damn I'm getting nostalgic now while reading all the clan names here http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=100365.

     

    Although scheduled to be released sometime in 2004, EA cancelled the project on June 30, 2004 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultima_X:_Odyssey - so I guess in December 2013 I was still playing UO, but probably reading about UOX here.

    When I was playing UO I almost exclusively used the stratics forums so I guess someone there mentioned stories about UOX on here.
