Help me with this bug? Anybody know how to fix this?

So I received a beta invitation finally to participate in the ESO Beta this weekend. My friends received keys also yesterday and were able to go online and redeem their keys, which I was able to do as well. They downloaded the beta installer, as I did and were able to download the over 20 gb file. I was unable to open the Elder Scrolls Online Beta launcher as it gives me the message "Failed to initialize web browser". I do not not what to do? I tried resetting my modem and everything and that does not seem to be the issue. Please help!

Thanks!

You also got a beta forum account with your beta invite. Try there. You are much more likely to get assistance that way.

    • Open the directory C:Program Files (x86)enimax OnlineLauncher and copy the file "libcef.dll" located in this folder.
    • Now open the directory C:WindowsSysWOW64. In this folder, there should be another file by the same name ("libcef.dll").
    • Find this file and rename it to "libcef.bak" (in case you need it again in the future).
    • Then paste the "libcef.dll" file from the Zenimax Online folder into the SysWOW64 folder, thus replacing the original file.

Then run the launcher and it should work - this fixed it for me.  Good luck my dear :)
