World of Warcraft: Conan O'Brien Character Falls in Snow & Dies at Blizzcon

A couple of weeks ago, Anaheim, California was invaded by Blizzard and the Blizzcon convention. US TV celeb Conan O'Brien attended as well and he has released a brand new (and hilarious!) video about O'Brien's impressions of World of Warcraft. And, yes....O'Brien's character fell off a cliff into the snow and...died.

    World of Warcraft is so deep into our culture. Nothing will "kill" WoW but time itself.

    I personally find Conan's type of humor annoying (I prefer Chelsea Handler) but funny video.

    to be honest, his commentary on games in general pretty much follow what my friends say to me if they watch me play.

    "Wait, you killed a flower and money dropped out its butt"?

    Sounds like he knows nothing of WOW and couldn't care less,he is only there because Blizzard likes to waste money marketing.

    Got to admit though Conan is pretty funny with his improvisation.Even funnier to see how serious everyone looked,Conan was like the only guy not serious.

    I died falling into a freaking  snow bank!

    You think i am kidding,i am going to open a big can of......wait where did he go? LMAO

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

    ok, that got me. didn't expect much from this vid, thought oh god just another one.

    Well damn it, that made me laugh, gotta hand it to the guy, unimpressed he was but that came across as funny. deffo one to watch lol

    I wish it was just for show, but sadly, most nerds completely lack the ability to deal with outsider humor in regards to their beloved hobbies.  The inability of the bystanders to join in the snarkiness made me sad and embarrassed for them.  Instead of getting in on the joke, they become the joke.

    Well written, I picked up on that as well, the commentators kinda did and the Germans at least understood the humor but the others generally didn't. Takes all kinds to make the world go round.

    Well, it's just that some people can't see the absurdity or laugh at themselves. There was a thread on the Escapist where some people were really angry over his game criticism segment.

    I thought it was awesome.

    I saw smiles on their faces and laughter from their mouths. They knew who Conan was and how he tries to draw out humor. Remember, this video is several hours of footage cut up into a few minutes. Why be embarrassed for them? What is it about them that you don't like about yourself?

    Video's all black for me, regardless of what browser I use.  I get the audio fine, just no video.  I've been watching other videos fine all day.
