Need a good generic pvp mmo

Was currently playing Swtor but i have been somewhat bored of it, and the sheer greediness of EA which ignores balance and just spams cartel market stuff >.<

 

So i am looking for an mmo

1)Has a healthy amount of population

2)Doesnt have bad graphics aka most minor f2p games

3)Has a good amount of customization

4)Isnt spam 1,2 skills 50% of the time and every now and then use 3,4,5. I am looking for something with a lot of skills and big skillbars

5)It has good pvp support and devs arent spending 99% of their time in pve

6)It is not p2w aka paying to buy something that cant be gained by others and gives you an advantage, i dont consider pvp armor being sold for $ as long as it is being sold for pvp tokens etc

7)Solo is viable, at least for the beginning. So no EVE online

 

Any ideas? I thought about Defiance but then i show it is from Trion which seem to be epic pvers and just give 5% pvp so they wont say their game has no pvp

You just missed a Darkfall sale that ended a few days ago.  Population has dropped but with the sale there has been an influx of new players.  I've also been seeing a lot of people who had quit returned in game.

Darkfall is a more hardcore type of game that is FFA full loot in a huge open world.  It also has safe zones in which you cant be attacked so you can get acclimated and comfortable before setting out in the dangerous world.

Seriously, is skill based pvp mmorpgs that dead? That after so much time noneone could think of anything.

 

Anyway, are there any big pvp mmorpgs out there with 1v1 arenas, something i really enjoyed in lineage 2 and how it rewarded the best of players

Or should i just wait for blade and soul which after so much time isnt released outside asia...

strange,  when I am bored I login my 2 month old character and go out for solo fighting with lvl 3 skills, and I get wins outsmarting the guy that thinks he is leet.

I guess you have only done 1000vs40 blob fests?

Aika Online is the best pvp, rvr game out there right now.  I keep trying other games but in the end, always go back.  Check it out.

How about Planetside 2? It's only PVP, it's Free2Play, great looking, regular updates. In my opinion if you're going to create a MMOFPS, it has to be primarily against other players.
