Racial Skills: what we know and what we hope for.

I am very interested in what form the racial skills will take. It seems like the only thing differentiating the factions as far as character builds go. I think that differentiation in this sense makes for interesting dynamics in RvR, and as such I am hoping for racial skills to provide that...

... however, I am not holding my breath. It seems that each race gets a number of passives and an Ultimate in their racial skill line. One passive is an exp boost for a weapon type and another is a resistance (i.e. probably bows for Bosmers as an exp boost and disease for their resistance.) Sounds fine, but I hope the other passives are a bit less underwhelming from a build viewpoint. 

Don't get me wrong: resistances can be huge impacts on PvP (look at DAoC... they are arguably the most important factor, period) but I hope for a little more flavor from racial skills. 

The exp gain boost for weapon type doesn't affect the skill cap for said weapon, so that's basically a wash.

What are some other racial skills you want to see? Keep in mind they are all passive skills except the Ultimate.
