Hello guys.Anyone can help me about tell me informations about AOC.I have already my old account ,but to install it again i need to buy the new expansions or it is ok?
Nope, you dont. If you have the old account, then you either install from the discs, or download it from the account page and install. After that you can play, right away.
Be warned however, that if you made multiple characters previously, you won't be able to play them all now. You will have to select which 2 you want to keep.
I installed the game form my cds.And now i almost finishing the updating contect.12.8 gb.I search my account and was reactive state.Dont know if i finish the download what will be my next step to play

Probably it's a bit late since most likely you're playing already, but:
Not the state is the important part on the account page, but the next line below that, it should say "Playable". Then you can log in and play.
Reactivate means only that you don't have a running subscription at the moment, and with clicking on that link you can resubscribe to the game.
Just a couple of warnings from someone who recently did the same thing.
1. If you are the type with lots of midlevel alts running around progressing slowly over time then you -might- find the game playable without subscribing or paying for at least the Godslayer expansion. If OTOH, you are the type with several level capped toon on your account expecting to advance them, well, IMO you will almost certainly be disappointed unless you are willing to shell out for a monthly sub and two expansions. I'm the latter type, so reupped for a month and installed Godlslayer. Here's why I cancelled today after spending that cash. Primary reason, I feel really gipped having to subscribe AND buy the expansions. BS. I did it in a moment of mindhaze, and regret it. Up to you whether this po's you or not.
2. The game is essentially a bunch of puerile puzzles and mazes concealed in MMO raidgrind format. Each boss requires a special script where, with nothing other than trial and error or googling, you won't know which of your characters abilities -must- be used, -must not- be used, have been inexplicably nullified without explanation, and in what order the various script "levers" must be flipped. If this type of EQ/WoW model still floats your boat, then you will be fine in AOC. It doesn't float mine. There's not much else in AOC. Mass pvp is still, five years after I did it before, broken. PvP minigames still stock arena, boring, grindy. Classes and skills still unbalanced. Shame on FC for that.
3. The post level cap grind is truly massive, whatever method you choose to do it. Even in a crack team/guild of grinders, you are looking at solid months of near continuous play in just such and such a way to equip your toon... to be able to do the latter -solo- stuff, let alone the latter raids. It's all about gear and grinding AA exp after 80. The grind, IMO, is way out of hand to the point of the primary content of the game as it stands IS the grind, a gaming situation I find unappealing.
4. In tune with 3, there is a truly laughably complex and outrageous number of ingame currencies for various things, several different tiers of tokens, tropies, etc., it is utterly mindboggling that any game designer let this through without streamlining it down into gold, pve currency, pvp currency, that's it. I refuse to play a game that reminds me of what I have to do when accounting a bunch of checking and credit card accounts. Too much like real life grind in all the various ingame coin to keep track of.
5. FC is a loser company that has shown time and time again that it takes someone's good idea with flashes of brilliance and then proceeds to sh-t all over that idea via shoddy execution (see AO Shadowlands, AOC launch, TSW generally) over and over again. I have no idea what causes this, but even taking the time to DL this, you are betting on a loser that generates maybe 10-20 forum posts a day.Keep that in mind.
I'm headed to GW2, a game I'm not as graphically interested in as AOC, but one I feel will be around and developed as opposed to collapsing into more and more server merges... hell not much merging to be done in AOC, stick a fork.

That's the current model. You can play the original game (which you had back then) for mostly free.
The expansion is only required for expansion specefic content ^^ You can install it from your account management page at register.funcom.com ^^
