When I don't like a game, I don't play it.

It's that simple: I don't belly-ache about it on the forums, I don't start a crusade to prevent others from playing it, I just stop playing, and stop giving them my money.

    Thank you! I never get this mentality. Some people it seems post more about games they don't like than about the ones they do. But maybe they don't like any games. I might make a comment about a game I don't like here and there. But I don't constantly make an effort to derail every thread about that game into "this game sucks".

    Have some respect for your fellow gamer.

    You think people who complain don't have any impact on anything?:

    • Have you ever received compensation or a refund for a product you purchased when you called up and complained about an issue with it?
    • Do you think Microsoft would have reversed their always online and DRM policies if consumers hadn't complained?
    • Do you think America would have been founded if people didn't complain and take action about no taxes without representation?
    • Would slavery been abolished had slaves and activists not complained for human rights?  (Same goes for any Civil Rights issue)
    • Would we create any laws without complaints?
    • Would ANYTHING get done if nobody complained and just accepted the reality of anything without ever making their opinions heard?

    Problem is, there's always a lot of people who like the game the way it is. With so many MMOs out there, it can't be that hard to find one that more closely suits your tastes.

    Would it make sense for me to constantly call up Pepsi and demand that they make their cola taste more like Coke? No, I would just drink Coke!!

    1) Serious LOL @ the guy who compared griping about a video game on a third party website to abolishing slavery. BRAVO

     

     

     

    2) I saw at least three people in this forum who made very flawed connections between my post and the content of said post. Also (this goes to you especially, guy who has a problem with Americans), many of you don't understand what Irony is.

     

    3) If you are currently playing a game that you do not like, I promise they have an exit survey available.
