The Damage Meter (Recount) Add On Only?

I play a little World of Warcraft from time to time and there's the nifty damage meter is an addon -My LFR's would be silent without its incessant spam!

Do any MMORPGs have a damage meter/recount program that is built into the game itself?

The only thing i have really seen is a calculation on your own personal dps.
I do not remember an mmorpg in recent memory that outputs the entire group dps breakdown as a feature.

Edit, actually Neverwinter does do this.
