About PWI and the Arc tool

Well everyone must have hated it...well, I did at least, but to solve it simply download the game by the arc tool, (Needed unless you have old launcher I guess) and then unninstall the Arc tool, then open the folder with the game you downloaded, search for the arc...dll (Right name I don't remember because I deleted it sorry) well, delete it and any Launcher or Client will work out normally without the need of the Arc tool
