When posting about the end of the beta Community Manager Zeriyah didn't provide an exact end date, however these announcement usually come out two to four weeks before something happens.

That's just based on my own historical understanding of the way Blizzard operates, so take it with a grain of salt. Furthermore, there isn't any details on the release of an iPad or Android version.
