I'm one of the 28% that was going to buy but won't be. I didn't expect that to be a big percentage - actually, that's bigger than I thought.
It's not the cash shop that's bothering me as much as what will be sold in it. At launch, they will have an item that will effect the mechanics of the game. I don't care how small or how temporary that is, a subscription-based game that charges me $60 in the 0th hour doesn't get to make me pay more to have a better character and still get me to buy. End of story.
The fact they're adding it at the 11th hour makes it all the more skeevy.
