It will probably be $14.99 for 1 month, $13.99 for 3 months, and $12.99 for 6 months lol. I still think it should be equal to a Netflix subscription since that is a mental barrier for many and a tough barrier to cross for those with low or no incomes, but I admit I don't know the balances of their expense versus revenue to know if there is a legitimate reason for the normal $15/month beyond wanting more profit. For me it doesn't matter as $15 a month has no impact to me at all.
UPDATE 3/21/14 I was right. All of you owe me a cookie lol.

Yes. We want to ensure that players can reap the benefits of investing more time in The Elder Scrolls Online. Because of this, we offer discounted rates for choosing 90- and 180-day subscription plans.
We also offer players the option to choose between recurring subscriptionsand one-time payments, as well as the ability to pay using a variety of payment methods. The following discounts apply to multi-month payment options:

USD | $14.99 | $13.99 / 30 days | $12.99 / 30 days |
Euro | 12.99 | €11.99 / 30 days | €10.99 / 30 days |
GBP | 8.99 | £7.99 / 30 days | £6.99 / 30 days |

I sure hope the incentive for 3 and 6 months is more attractive than that... it's not unusual to see 6 months discounted to $10 per month in other sub games.
I guess we'll see how badly they want long-term commitment.

1. Those are guesses
2. They are pretty standard pricing
3. Those are guesses.
Pretty standard fare with MMOs.
Even though I know I'll play for multiple months I still pay that standard 1 month rate. Savings will only go on tobacco/alcohol/food/bills.
Breaks like that would not interest me in the slightest.
I recall getting like 6 months for $9.99 a month or something like that, so I ante'd up only to stop playing about 2.5 months in, but what the heck.

Rift was like that. But the amounts Keithian posted are still the WOW sub rates.
Like I said, let's see how badly they want me to commit for 6 months

I'm far more interested in what "digital loot incentives" may be offered alongside those longer-term sub packages.
FFXIV had some interesting toys as reward for laying down the cash. What will ZOS be offering ?
$9.99 a month for 6 months

I'd say there's a reasonable chance that could be the 12-month rate...

We'll be releasing detailed info next week on the subscription plan, but just a heads up, yes, you will get a discount for buying multi-month subscriptions.

As in buy 1 month for $19.99
3 months for $Blah blah (Little cheaper then buying 1 month at a time)
1 year for $Blah blah (So on and so on)
Yes, they were guesses lol

Sorry mate. My post was directed to the poster below you who seemed to take offense at the numbers you posted (if they were actual/real) as though they were an insult.

Fuck them their 10.99 EUR for 180 days is basically 15$/month... while if you use GBP its 11.50$/month.
And they wonder why the EU servers are usually closed first.
What? No lifetime for $300!
I think half of you said you wanted it to be free to play so I don't really pay no mind to half you guys.
$10 a month for a year sub would sound reasonable

Yea, chinese farmer style where you farm all day for one month so you can save the sub price... such a good deal. If you can even do that...
Despite how happy you would be for whatever twisted reason, it ain't gonna happen so be prepared to pay lol.
I'll be doing the 3 month since one month is free even though to save a couple of dollars isn't really significant to me. Since I'm never confident I'll enjoy anything beyond 3 or so months seems like a good starting point. I do think they should have offered better long term savings, but I'm obviously not surprised they didn't.

FF XIV ARR has the same sub model options for multiple months purchased.
41.97$ for 3 months is really good. Better than 44.97$ lol.
In this economy 4$ is a lot.
Hm. I would normally go month to month but I committed (to myself) to make a serious go for 3 months in this game. I think it will work for me. If not, I'll be out an month or two. I've made worse decisions in my life (ugh...that's an understatement!)
I agree that dropping the rate by more than a dollar (an additional dollar) might have netted them more 6monthers. As it stands while any money is better in the current economy, the possibility that a game not go more than a month or two (or even three) for a player means a risk of $39 'lost' on a 6 month stale after 3. $39 is more real (for some) than 1 or 2 dollars a month extra spent on the 30/90 accounts.
