SORCERER/RANGER build

Anyone have a good build for a Sorcerer/Ranger type player? I worked over various ideas but to no conclusions. Time is running out so I am here asking for some help.

Characters can have two weapons...correct? So a bow an another weapon will be needed with this build but not sure what is the best choice. I choose Breton as the race...

you can actually do bow/bow if you really want to.
