Pre-order confusion

So I've seen the threads that said you can only claim the pre-order items one time per account.  I had a question related to that, that I cannot find an answer to.

If you pre-order is your account flagged so you can always make any race any faction?  Or can you only make any race any faction for your first character?  Or is it only possible to use the any race any faction bonus while early access is happening?

    you can do any race any faction forever. but you will only get one vanity pet one ring of mara etc. so If you delete your toon before you deposit them into the bank they will be gone forever.

    And one final question related to that.

    Is your bank account bound throughout all servers / other factions?  So if you make like an AD high elf and bank the items you could reroll as a EP high elf and get em out of the bank on a different server?

     

    Edit:  stupid question with the server thing... mega server duh.

    As far as I know, you can transfer items between characters of different factions. It was that way in the beta I participated in, and I haven't heard anyone complaining about them changing it. Granted I mostly stopped following the game for quite some time because of all the fighting on the site.

    I can confirm that it is across your entire account. I accidently made my character on the wrong alliance. I placed my items into the bank and accessed the items on my new character in a different alliance.

    Edit: Actually, can't confirm if it works between different megaserver regions, but works for the same server.

    Any race or faction for Imperial edition, even after launch. The extra items however is going to be a problem. Every other MMO out there when they promise extra stuff it on ALL characters that you make. This time however, they decided to do only one per account.....without telling anyone. The forums apparently have a lot of pissed off people because of this. Hell in WoW I have multiple toons with "special" pets that come from things like collectors edition, and that was before the Mists of Panderia and the whole pokemon thing. Same thing with Age of Conan and Secret World. They give the special stuff for all toons that you decide to make in all other games, but with ESO it apparently it's "We got your money now STFU and take it like a man."

    To be fair.. did you NOT see the Molag Ba'al statue I'll be getting.. it's going to be EPIC.
