Problem solved.

A full bank wipe will not happen and you know that.

A rollback to the patch, followed by bans and PUBLIC outing of the offenders and guilds is the right way to address.

Apperantly some MVP-players like Uzik is debating a full bank wipe with AV, so even if it's unlikely, the chance is still there, and I personally would love to see it happen. I couldn't care less bout losing my stuff when there is so much duped items floating around.

So I would like them to ban the living daylights outa the cheaters, wipe the banks, and do a quadruple loot/harvest drop or something for 2-3 months.

There are some people pushing for a bank wipe, but its not because of the dupes. It because they want an even playing field after all the economy changes had gone through. There are one or two people who are pushing for a wipe because they can't convience their large casual crowd to come into the game this late after launch and they also want a seaonal server with rewards after winning baesd on most holding, highest win:lose ratio in PvP, most PvE point kills etc and want to see a server wipe every 3 months or so while making the grind for everything completely neglible. Both of these are incredibly short sighted reasons (although I can see the benefit of a bank wipe) because it simply means we are on an even playing field for a month tops. It overly benefits the hardcore and the super organized mega guild/communities and pushes the casuals out of the ability to make a meaningful impact on the game. And most people who play mmoRPGs don't like having to start over ever.

Exactly. The biggest tangible gap (not including player skill) was right after launch. When clans like Zealot were running around with like 5x as much prowess as everybody else and way better gear.

this duping epidemic is just icing on the cake. RIP darkfall when people get bored of the class patch in 4-6 weeks after its out.

    Yup.

This smell like DF1 when Aventurine (developers) knew all along that the Mercs were duping 24/7 and did nothing about it.
