How can I know I have headstart on my account?

On the account page it says:

WS EU - Standard Pretail [DIG: GreenManGaming]

 

In the mail I received from the reseller they said:

This is your pre-purchase serial code, redeemable for the full game, bonus in-game items and a three day head start (early access) prior to the public launch of WildStar®! 

 

But when I log on the game it says:

No valid Wildstar game account found for the Europe Datacenter blablabla

 

Does it explicitly tell you that you have headstart on the WS account page?

I'm in headstart, well I am and I aren't as I've been waiting all morning to get in. I wouldn't worry about it - it doesn't mention I'm in headstart either.
