Digital Freak talked on the Gameconvention with Thanatos

There was an offline Demo of the Dome running on the Laptop. All seamed to be finished and only the NPC have to be placed. The Graphics seem to look good, dark but with much details.
The bigger Textures (from size) are for the moment only for the Dome but probably they will come later with a Patch for Neocron too.

So the first question was about the Release, Release is about 4 weeks after they found a publisher for the download version. And what everyone knows (i guess) there will be a NC+Doy Bundele in stores an probably also a DOY CD the prize the production costs.
Martin J. Schweitzer is also on the Convension and trys to find a Publisher so let us all Hope.

To the Skills:
The Skills still hold there old cap. That means no Cap removing or changing of the Cap. But when the Skill is Capped the Experience gain will continue and not Stop like now. There will be a "Bonus Level up" when you gain a fix value of XP after Cap. They dont count to the Main Skill and also dont give you Points for the Subskill. (Digital Freak didnt understand all about that "Bonus Skill")

Fractions:
All Anti-CA/NC Fractions will Move with their HQ to the Dome Exept Twillight Guardian they will stay in the Canyon.
Doy Soldiers (Anti NC Fraction) can enter the Pepperpark by the secret entrance, but when they enter the Plaza they get Killed imediatly. But in PP they can make their bussines or what they want.
The NC friendly Fractions can also Rush the Dome like now the Canyon or the Base are Rushed ... but of course the Guards will attack them.

PA:
The Spy PA is Retail but Callash has to bring it in the story ... so only GM have them for the moment!
The PE PA is also finished from the Graphics, it has userclass Restriction PE only or so. This will be used in futur for other items too. The effects of the PE PA still arent decided so you have to wait for it.

LvL SPots:
In Doy there will be Sewers like in NC. And there will be some sidestreets where you can fight some mobs.

He also Flew trough Doy and he says its very large (?) and that there are 10 or more sectors, he was in a sector 10.

And then he tells to dont blame KK because they have a small Stand because it is payed by Niedersachsen and the lace is expensif ...

So about the Weapons, there will be Fraction (i gues that Pro NC and ProDOY) specified weapons that can only be bought (i guess again) by there members but they have no Fraction Req. so they can be traded to everyone and made so avaible for everyone.
