lol tried calling the admin phone number to the person who registered the site, the number doesn't even exist. For a site that was created 3 days ago sure seems odd the person who registered it doesn't have a proper contact number.
If you're really interested in doing detective work and contacting people about the project, Peter Sedesse runs also another webpage (this one seems legit) and there's a different phone number:
we are in the process of doing renders now. hold tight.
As someone mentioned, obviously the entire Unity Asset store is built around devs buying stuff to add quick content to their game. What we were not allowed to do was use their renders, which have been removed. I am going to re-add the same artwork over the next few hours, just from our own renders.

* promoting game on public forum, before having any kind of content in terms of gameplay footage, beta, alpha, technical demo, custom game asset, anything at all
* presenting extremely unprofessional, 90' looking website, containing only public assets and tons of contradicting, abstract text.
* getting into dispute with forum members, trying hard to prove the game exists.
If this isn't a scam, then this game.. will be.. one hell of a experience /sarcasmoff
Still waiting for proof, how long does it take to render a freaking asset? Want me do it for you? Send me models, maybe you need someone who actually works in the industry....
To Kilsin. (sorry, having so much trouble with MMORPG.com today)
I don´t want to say the game relies heavily on those first 1000 people. I just think their experience will be as raw as possible. If they mess up, reinforments are coming that will allow them to make progress. I think it will be a unique experience starting off with so little and having the creatures of the world coming at you, rather than waiting for you to come to them.
So I am assuming groups would break off into resource gathering, killing mobs, clearing the area and splitting jobs up, am I on the right track?
I think it will more come down to what each player wants to do, and hopefully there will be a mix. Another holy grail of sandbox games, but we really want people to play how they like. I do think there is a strong risk that those first 1000 players will be a little too aggressive and not build up the city defenses enough. It is just so natural for players to go hog-wild at launch. I think the first month will be interesting to see what happens when those players realize that they really have to play defense at times, because their bank boxes are getting looted by orcs.
That actually sounds really good to me, I would assume there would be player discussions on the forums before hand to draw up a plan of attack on release or maybe a special private sub forum for the first 1000 to talk freely among themselves and plan on who will be helping in what area or will it just be chaos on launch and every man, woman and child for themselves to organise whatever they want?
Again, we don´t want to tell people how to play, but I do hope there are some natural guilds formed that each push for different city projects. For instance, the players who really want to play as a mage are going to need to convince others to focus on the temples. And the more aggressive guys are going to need stronger followers, so they will be pushing to have the city projects finished that buff followers and taming
I like the fact that it sounds boring, which may sound funny but it really is sandbox in nature and it is completely up to the players to help shape the world, explore it, discover it, map it and build on it while getting better at things you like doing and defending your creations, constantly, not just a "build a house/fort and it's safe forever" type of game, it will always be constantly evolving and changing directions with trade links etc, it sounds great!
It will definitely feel slower than most MMORPGs. It is one of the things we talk about and fear the most, that players won´t want to adapt. And as we mentioned in our subscription blog, it is one of the reasons we went with the strange system.. simple because we want forts to be meaningful, and we can´t make them meaningful and have players experience them in the first 30 days.
The assets from Michael O look awesome, I have seen a bit of his work before when searching for Unity packs for another game I am interested in
Totally agree. If you crank the graphics and walk around in one of Michael O´s paks, it is breathtaking.

Same here.
While I won't support you with money, I will with spirit because if there's one thing the genre needs is a good PvE sandbox.
Sandbox means open world, non-linear gaming PERIOD!
Subscription Gaming, especially MMO gaming is a Cash grab bigger then the most P2W cash shop!
Bring Back Exploration and lengthy progression times. RPG's have always been about the Journey not the destination!!!
