OK i get it ftp games have to make their money somewhere .Ive been playing the beta and im pleasently surprised im loving this game.you get quests to get your mount then glider and then a scarecrow so you can build your farm i also got enough guilders to buy a plan for house only problem is that you cant construct a farm or a house it just tells you not available to non paying customers now both of these are pretty vital to the game ,house for more storage and farmis to grow all kinds of stuff that cant be nicked . i will be subbing this game but i really think that some of these games would be more accurately labeled as free to try

F2P is almost always a joke, someone has to pay, somewhere, this title is better than some, worse than others.

Nothing is ever free... You can more see it as a free trial but of course you need to pay if you plan to play it seriously, they need to get in money after all.
If it is cheap to play or expensive is something we can't be sure of until launch, we heard some estimates but anything can happen.
thats only in beta isnt it?
From the way it was put in the beta ,not available to non paying customers id say they mean to stick with this
You can get other people to make you a member of their family and use their houses/farms, if you don't want to pay for the sub.
It's really not that bad of a system at all, compared to many of the F2P models out there. Actually, it's pretty dang fair from what I have seen in the beta.

They haven't announced yet.
Someone else complaining that they didn't get enough stuff for free. I think at some point everyone finally realizes that nothing in this world is free even when someone else is paying for it.
