Does ESO have a Trial or Buddy Key?

Played at release and quit at end of my first month. Would like to give it another look but certainly not willing to pay for that opportunity considering the fiasco that was launch. Is there a trial/buddy key system?

    1. Trials are for first time potential customers, not quiters or anyone who can't realize any mmo is bugggy at launch.

    2. There are no trials right now as the game is immensely populated right now.

    Any graphical, audio, or gameplay restrictions not seen in other mmos but found in FFXIV can be blamed on one thing.
