IP Tracking

It seems like IP tracking of duplicate accounts or recreated accounts for previously banned users (or ones with multiple infractions) would be a step in the right direction to curbing the amount of people that seem to create accounts just to repeatedly bash a game.  Is there some sort of system already in place and being monitored?  I've just seen entirely too many posts that sound exactly like older banned users that have suddenly reappeared to bash the game again.

Just a suggestion.
