Gameforge (Tera Europe) steal money!

I can't create the elin reaper character. I have a lvl 40 character already and a lower character.... when I try to make a reaper the game say that I don't have enough character slots. But I understood that the reaper can be created as 3th character and will be unlocked his character slot.

This was only available for accounts that where created during the release of the reaper patch.

OK... I understand. In this case I will delete the character "Bunuta" so can u make his shop mount Sleipnir unused again to be able to transfer it on remaining character (the lvl 40 char) or to the new reaper character?

Unfortunately, we can not remove the skill from a character once it has been learnt.

I wait my Real Money mount on my reaper or eventually in Item Claim. I was forced to delete the character who had that mount (Sleipnir) due to game mechanic. So I think that will be fair from you to restore my mount, real money mount on another character (reaper). Thanks!

I can understand your dissatisfaction if you feel they have not given you the service you want. They do appear to have explained the conditions as to why they could not agree to your request - however you may feel about this.

My first hand impressions of Gameforge would get censored on here. I switched to the US versions of both Aion and Tera to get away from them, and will never play a game run by them again.
