Questions about endgame PvP

To those of you who played AA's endgame:

Is there a PvP progression/leveling system?

Why would I want to kill another player? Do I get something (that can't be obtained faster in PvE) for it?

Are there PvP leaderboards/ladders?

Are there titles that can only be obtained by lots of PvP?

Is there competitive PvP? (either open world like DAoC or arenas/bgs like WoW)

Can you steal item(s)/currency from a player after killing him?

Is there siege warfare?

Are there player/guild/faction owned, attackable keeps/towers?
