just wrote a post on the main forum:
http://www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/thread/421210
I realized I wrote the word "bugs" alot, and that is unfortunately true, - I 've gotten stuck, fallen through the world, lost equipment,
the game UI is not allways stabile or saves, and so on. Even had a server restart yesterday, though I think that's more rare.
GM's and helpers are nice and easy to communicate with though.
But STILL despite bugs and issues I'd recommend trying it out, being f2p, and offering alot of sandbox freedom and fun.
The game also got a helpchat now, so you can ask away there if you get ingame.
won't write too much here since I already did in the other post. ask newbie questions if you like.

Amazingly, I dont share your opinion. It is a buggy mess with corrupt GMs who have been caught time and time again doing favors for their guildmates. It is run by a person who had a great vision for a game a lot of us wanted but sadly that is all he has, a vision. He lacks the means or mental aptitude to build anything even close to what he said he was going to make. The official forum is one of the most heavily moderated ones I have ever seen and ANY type of negative comment about the game is deleted. The company and game is so bad that even going F2P it cant increase its subscriber base. It took them many months to get a greenlight on steam and now a year later they are STILL not listed. You know the kind of crap on steam, war-z is even there and yet this game cant figure out how to get approved from the steam people.
The company behind this game has NEVER made a profit. It lives off the donations of a few whales. Eventually those whales will move on and this game will just be a bad memory. It cant even convince 3000 people from across the planet to subscribe. Three plus year old game, advertised on just about every gamer site and listed on steam in the greenlight program and yet it can not convince more than 3000 people across the entire planet that it is worth a sub fee? That is NOT a game I would recommend.
I'm glad you found a game you like but for me, this game is a poster-boy for the word "terribad".
