Account Banned, Cannot contact support,,

Tried to log in today and it says that my account is banned in the launcher, Suspended on the forums.

I do not have an email with any kind of infringement, and i cannot contact SoE because you need to have an active account to lodge a ticket.

Does anyone know the best course of action?

    I'm in Australia so phone is not an option, They wont be on live chat for another 2 days?
