from article:
last month we reported on the first Xbox One laptop, called the Xbook One. It was created by engineer Ed Zarick, who has previously created an Xbox 360 laptop called the Xbook. Now he’s turned his attention to the PS4 and produced the equivalent, calling it the PlayBook 4.
The PlayBook 4 has been created due to the demand Zarick has seen for the Xbox One version. What you get is pretty much the equivalent, except with Sony hardware inside. So that’s the same 22-inch 1080p display, and the same casing design. Unlike the Xbook One he didn’t have to swap out the fan for being too tall, and all ports are retained. You also get the bonus of only having one power cord.
for pricing, that’s the same as the Xbook One, too. You can have Zarick provide everything and it’ll cost $1,395. Provide your own PS4 and the price drops to $1,095, and if you want HDMI Out then add $50. Shipping is $75 in the US (international shipping will be quoted when ordering), but you’ll need to provide an up front non-refundable deposit of $750 to show you’re serious about wanting the laptop.
this unit does NOT have a battery, it must be plugged into a 110v wall outlet to work. These game consoles are just not designed to run on batteries, sorry guys!
