I tried this game like twice never got higher then 12 I think . I want a game where you can play as a healer in a dungeon and get gear not by spending money but either through dungeons or working for it with points or other methods you earn in the game. I will not be able to catch up with people with money or else. Does Tera have this good dungeon content and ability to get gear ?

Mixed answer really. You can spam dungeons and get gear as a healer, but you will be spamming the same exact things over and over with no variance and generally no difficulty. The next patch may bring a decently difficult dungeon into the game (there used to be a few). Also note, you cannot level entirely off of dungeons as a healer, there are a few dead spots.

Should be fairly good after that.
yes and no
first let me tell healer is very fun to play in Tera (i like all the classes)
untill lvl 60, the gear u get from quests is more than enough, especially with the new avatar weapons that are literally gifted to you
at lvl 60 starts the grind
the end gear is divided in 3-4 categories mostly (you can skip some)
1st tier wich is very easy to get from a very easy solo dungeon
2nd tier that u can gett it by farming tokens in dungeons or open world (open world is restricted one token a day per character)
3rd tier u can get from dungeons or buy from AH (this tier is very good and sufficient)
4rd tier (the uber) is crafted but with mats u find in dungeons)
...... BUT every gear needs work to twink it (enchant it, masterwork it, reroll it etc etc ) with costs a lot time in farming or a lot of gold in Trade Broker (AH)
thats it more or less
the above and the hunt for costumes make it the only MMO i played that i made a ton og gold every day and i was constantly broke....
nonetheless its a very fun game and i propose to give it a try
edit : btw making a lot of gold at 60 is very easy, you will not feel behind from more vet players

the dailies give good amount of gold (if u have tera club/elite) you can make 3.500-4000 g (with selling the things u buy from rep vendors) for about 1 hour work
farmin LoT for masterwork is a goldmine
gathering gives great income too
dungeon drops
theese are some of the gold making ways

The dungeons in Tera are amazing! There is (or used to be) a hump at end-game where suddenly everything became too difficult and you basically had to buy your gear (with in game gold). I don't know if things have changed in that respect.
There is also the dailies and pvp which can help you get points for gear, or crafting (although I didn't craft so not sure how good it is).
At any rate you should definitely try to play at least to level cap because Tera has some of the most amazing dungeons I have played in any game. I wish they would put a few more in at lower levels actually so there was less need to quest.

This is accurate, I hope I never play again but I wouldn't be surprised if I spend 1-2 months in the spring or something playing.
