Juggy is a rare beast literally. He comes with a new system called momentum. As he moves or uses his first punch skill. His momentum builds. Which makes him faster, and depending on what skills you use. Makes you hit like a mountain. I prefer in his early levels to use his less costly momentum skills to level. Because you run out of momentum very fast.
For me keeping him at close to 80% to full momentum. Allows me to have more fun and use more skills. But people like big damage. And I can see skills like Elbow drop doing nasty numbers. That leads guys down the path of go big or go home. Either way no matter what you choose, Juggernaut is a good guy to have.
