Are Players Allowed To Speak Negatively On Trion/Archeage ATM?

I'm asking because I'm seeing locked posts all over the Archeage forums here, but I'm not seeing official/approved alternatives.
There is a pretty EPIC debacle in progress for Trion/Archeage right now and I don't see it being covered here (or maybe I missed this), I don't see any articles, nor do I see an "official" thread that's consolidating the new ones that pop up.
What and what is allowed to be discussed in regard to Archeage/Trion and the current issues? Do comments that happen later in posts warrant locking the entire conversation? I'm confused. I've tried chiming a few times but discussions were closed.
Can anybody point me to the official thread where the discussion is happening/allowed to happen? Thanks

I think the real question is if it is allow to create the same bitchfest thread over and over again all stating the same thing? The only difference being the special snowflake creating them.
If you need to "try" and find the negativity, you aren't even trying.
IMHO MMORPG.com isn't doing enough to curb these not the other way around.
I've seen some of the posts in these locked threads and they are more than just "speaking negatively". Many of them are just slinging insults an trolling.
Talking about bad business practices, failed launches, and anything "negative" is fine.
Name calling, trolling, ranting, attacking, is not.
This shouldn't be hard but apparently it is.

The triggers for locking threads are personal attacks (on other posters); questioning moderation decisions; posting exploits; duplicating existing threads.

Not doing enough? Banning people for being critical of a game on a game website? Are you nuts?

Ive spent about $500 on AA because I was an idiot and fell into the trap , the scam .
Make an awesome game that offers pretty graphics , with what appears to be an economy .
Your own land , home etc .
Own vehicles , ships and also the ability to craft the most powerful armor and weapons ever seen in a game .
Open World PvP .
Sounds great right . Yeah amazing . Well I won't spoil the reality for you . To be honest I would rather you play the game and find out for yourself what it really is. You will learn a lot more by falling for the scam than if I told you how the scam works.

If you want to bitch, there is no need for every special snowflake to create their own threads. Pick a random AA complaint thread and bitch away. No need to create the same threads over and over all saying the same thing. In addition any moderator would try and limit REDUNDANT threads which clutter the boards.
And yes, most days here can use moderation to delete these blatantly redundant threads.
Have you read the official rules of conduct? If they are locking them, it is because of a violation of the rules of conduct.
Were your posts respectful? Were they ranting or discussion? Did you spam a topic or reopen a subject that was locked or still has an active open version of the topic?
This is mmorpg house and they make the rules, if you don't want to respect those rules because some game has you upset, you might want to calm down before posting.
Also, discussing admin actions is a no-no.

Perhaps it isn't the being critical but how you do it. Say you bring up a well thought out criticism but also take a crap all over the place and get banned. It would be a lie to say you got banned by saying you were banned for well thought out criticism. It would be avoiding responsibility to not admit it was for crapping all over the place.

Probably because being scammed by people i.e Trion has something to do about it .
The TRION could have upgraded AA to 1.7 patch right away but choose to not upgrade it because they can get ( SCAM) more people out of their money by milking them slowly .
They have turned MMORPG games into a huge casino catered at taking advantage of players weaknesses .
WARNING others of the various traps that are in this game is the responsibility of everyone that cares for the future of MMORPG games . If they go down this pay2win path we are all going be playing garbage cashcow fly by nighter games for the next 20 years .

You can only critique a game if the mods aren't fans of said game. People were relentlessly trashing games like Pantheon, Neverwinter, STO and Defiance for months with no moderation whatsoever but as soon as you talked about GW2, FFXIVARR or ArcheAge suddenly you're insta banned.
The worst thing about this site has always been the horribly bias mods.
There are people on these forums if they do not agree with you instead of having a discussion they just report the post.
Forum about AA should be about whatever the users want to talk about.

Simple if you do not like a post do not read it or post on it, stop reporting users and posts.
I think it is you that is new here.
Take for instance the moderation on STO: Well first the Cyptic mods came here to defend there so called game, when they failed to halt all the threads about STO they got in touch with the mmorpg moderators, this site then cleaned the STO forum of most of the negative threads. Other threads were locked and a lot of posters received bans, after that the mods were watching the STO forum daily, threads disappeared very fast, in the end everyone stopped posting. (I wonder why?).
