how do i recover log in details?

I have it written down, but apparently my password is now wrong or they deleted my account.

 

NOTE: I also play gw2

They've probably deleted the account. At least they did so twice with me.

I'm not sure about unified, however: https://support.guildwars.com/entries/60689735-Guild-Wars-Account-Management-Changes

EDIT: The article I linked says that if it's linked to GW2 account then he can reset it there. If it's not linked to a GW2 account he needs to contact their CS. The OP mentioned playing Guild Wars 2 so I assumed the first option would work for him.
