Are server transfers possible between these 2 servers?

I currently have a char on Cactuar, and I wanna transfer to ultros to join a frtiend of mine, Any idea if this transfer is possible? My account is currently unsubscribed so I am unable to check due to them not even letting you see what server xfers are avail without an active subscription. Anyone able to help me with this? I don't wanna open my account if I cannot transfer my char to hang with a friend.

B. Pleasantly surprised (if something good happens)
