ESO Sub Question

jimbobfurleyjimbobfurley Member UncommonPosts: 104

I am thinking about moving towards ESO, from LOTRO, and have a question :

What are the subscription plan(s) (i.e. do they have 3-month, 6-month, 1-year subscription plans ?  and if so, what are the rates ?)

Thanks

    30 Days = £8.99

    90 Days = £7.99 (Total £23.97)

    180 Days = £6.99 (Total £41.94)

    Standard $14.99 / month or $41.97 / 3 month or $77.94 / 6 months

    ESO has the standard rates $15 1 month, $43 3 month, $7-something 6 month.

Well ESO is of course influenced by Skyrim and all the saga, but aproach it with an mmo mentality, just an advice.

Yes, its not Skyrim Online. Its Elder Scrolls Online, that has lead to disappointment for some. Long as you get your head round the idea its a MMO first you should be fine.

A very wise advice, but if you do so, you will find many things you liked about both lotro and skyrim in this game...  If you like stories and quests, this game is paradise....

As the question of sub-plans has already been answered, I'll drop this one hint here.

You can get the subscription/game-time for cheaper from third party sites. I bought 60 days of gametime for 21,99 €, compared to 12,99 €/month from ESO/Zenimax/Bethesda.

We?re all dead, just say it.

    As in buying gametimecards online?

Precisely, good Lord. Though, all you get is a serial to your mail. Worked wonders for me.

Of course there is the issue of what site you can "trust", but a little googling and common sense tends to do wonders.
