Of course we've just had the awards for 2014's best MMO where The Elder Scrolls Online emerged with the gold medal. But what do you think was 2014's WORST MMO?

FFXIV and Firefall were 2013 release. WoW is a 2004 mmo and WoD is an expac. I don't see you listing other games' expacs like RIFT or EQ2. Some games you don't even list because you've never heard of them, because they were so bad.
I don't think any on your list qualify as "worst", altho archage was pretty shaky.
Your list is bad. I'm not voting in it. Wish you knew more about the genre to make a better poll.
Who said it had to release in 2014? These are just the "main" MMOs that people are playing in 2014.
I don't like it. I think you did a poor job with a poor concept.
I did not play very many. I played ESO and Archeage. Both were overall disappointing.
But Archeage I would say was much more disappointing. It was about 0% of what I would expect from a so called sandbox.
It's good enough for a meaningless poll meant to spark debate. Rift is also Trion, so having 2 games on a worst list I think is too much and EQ2 is too old.
Wow is voted 2nd worst atm which isn't that surprising tbh. I thought it would be wildstar 1st and the wow as 2nd but was surprised about arch age as I haven't played that one.
I am kind of happy to see wow up there though rated badly. lol
I would think he was asking out of which you've tried.

Elite & Destiny are not mmo's
All games on list are not bad only players can to be bad
DFUW was a pretty big disappointment. I enjoyed the game for a little bit but it got very boring, very fast. I almost preferred working than playing the game.
close enough .. plenty of mmo sites classify them as such.
Worst doesn't have to mean bad... Just like best doesn't have to mean greatest.

wow .. why would you force yourself to play a GAME for FOUR hours?
No game bores me for more than 10-15 minutes. There are plenty of fun games .... if a game is not fun by the 15 minutes mark, i move on.

Going right as it should, Archeage followed by Wildstar....even though that may not be fair to Wildstar because it was simply a victim of hype, the game was not that bad. Archeage, however, was a disaster from the headstart and is still destroying itself from within.
But yes there will be fans of what you personally think is the worst MMO ever, to each their own.

I was thinking of taking to twitter and rewarding $5 steam game choice for anyone who makes 2 accounts and votes for ESO, but I'd just be playing into mmorpgcom's hand.
