Here you have a look at the current models they made so far. 

 

I really like the depth and all the animations of all the gear of the models. Lets hope all the gear will look this good. The best one IMO is the frost giant one.

Wow, I actually like them. I'm not a fan of races sharing the same skeletons (even though I know just about every game does, but just a small thing I always notice) but they look good. I like the animations too.

These look pretty good and I can't wait to see them in-game, in 1080p unedited footage.

I am keeping a back seat watch on this one. There is a lot I am impressed with, but the full pvp element and little to no pve elements is what might deter me from going all in for the game.

The development is coming along nicely though and the models are very nice.

I like them all but the Banshee but thats just my preference. I think a headless Banshee is a dumb idea and will get old fast. The models are very DAoC feel to them with a modern look.

I was expecting more because of all the "I'm impressed" comments, and the title.  I thought they look very unpolished, basic and unexceptional. Maybe in a year or two the models will be to a state where I would mirror your sentiments.

Yea, I wouldn't really call them anything out of the ordinary at this point. I'm not sure if they need(or even can) to be either, since CU seems to be focusing on big RvR fights in general.

 

I wonder how they will look in an actual game environment with a high player count. That'll be the true test and that's where it actually matters - in game.

The main audience for this game is Daoc players, which also was not made for the pve. Pve was just something to force yourself through to get to the real game. I love getting to skip that part this time around.

I´d also like to see Cait Sith - and especially Lychorpan - animated.

So far, my favorites are ST´RM and Banshee (the latter rather in concept art than in execution/animation - let´s hope we will be able to customize into some of their very interesting concepts) . Also one of my favorites, Hellbound:

PS Speaking about PvE, I´d like to see things such as bosses/world bosses in RvRvR, that is - bit more than just generic NPCs made for farming mats. No idea how DAOC handled this!?

Well what I am impressed by, is more in the details, the physics of the actual armor etc. Not sure if it is just me, but the style and level of depth to them this early. I am impressed. Not all of them though, but if it keeps going uphill from here on, please bring me more;)

Gargoyle looks ok a little weak up top/head.

St'rm looks good

Dryad average

Tuatha a little stiff is ok

Banshee really cool,i like it.

Dverger  Worst one of the lot,way too stiff,needs more verices.

Valkyrie  i like her a tough women in a short dress :P

Viking good job here as well.

Frost Giant is really good,all he needs is some of that belly fat to juggle a bit and would be a 10 lol.

I give them a solid score for effort,that is what i look for in games is this sort of stuff.It at least gets me in the door and makes me take notice.

if they are all playable races then suddenly im interested in this game.  Does anyone know if they are all playable races?

Banshee doesnt look like it but the rest look very much like they could be playable. Im interested in rolling the Gargoyle, Viking, and valkyrie.

I'll be honest... I'll be impressed if they actually look like this. I've found that these videos that the game companies release rarely ever actually look like the real models in the games. They are simply advanced animations made to create hype and nothing more.

Nice to see my kickstarter donation was well spent.

 

I did not expect to play the game and still do not. PvP or even RvR is just not my thing.  But I do hope this game is successful and leads to the development of a game I will play.

Checking the site....Yes, these are races in the factions. They're listed as races under the playable factions, so....
