Patron Summons?

in Rift

I'm checking out Rift again, and noticed this line about patrons:

"Patron Summons: Instant access to your Banker, Guild Banker, and Trainer."

Can someone provide more detail for that?

How often can I use that functionality, and what's the cooldown?

    Mailbox, banker, guild banker, class trainers - 90 min. cooldowns
