    I understand it's the same company, same IP, you can argue it's the same game, same deal etc, and that's fine, but even in that event you're mistaken. Saying something "was funded by Kickstarter", when the funding was unsuccessful and no pledges collected, is a mistruth. I'm not defending the game, I don't like the game, I don't play the game, but in this event, you did indeed convey false info.

    That does explain things, and as he was banned for posting misinformation, in this case, about the whole kickstarter thing, then it does kind of put things back into the correct perspective. Having said that, a permaban for that single statement, which in all probability was the result of a genuine mistake on the OP's part, does seem excessive, particularly as they seem to be still in ignorance of the true situation.image

    Yeah,  I just knew that they had a Kickstarter. I assumed it was successful. Surprise to me,  I guess I am not as smart  as I think I am.
